   1 These are recommended steps to performing a Perl::Critic release to CPAN.

   3 ** TODO: this is just a rough draft with some ideas.  This needs to be

   7    - testing
   8    - author testing
   9  * Release tools
  10    - Use Build.PL to build the tarball-- it enforces running author tests as
  11      part of generation.
  12    - ??? (chris uses cpan-upload) (e. uses the standard pause form)
  13  * Post-release
  14    - announce?
  15    - set co-maint in PAUSE for any new modules
